Please call on the Canadian government to put a permanent end to the cruel seal hunt. Every year, during the largest slaughter of marine mammals on the planet, baby seals are shot or repeatedly clubbed, an estimated 42 percent are skinned alive, and their bodies are left to rot on the ice floes. More than 330,000 baby harp seals were bludgeoned to death in Canada last year so that they could be made into fur coats, collars, and cuffs.
